1. Over deze privacyverklaring
Deze privacyverklaring geldt voor de App Instructor Suite van TimeWise Solutions. De juridisch verantwoordelijke onderneming is TimeWise Consultancy, Nederland. App Instructor bestaat uit meerdere onderdelen. Niet ieder onderdeel verwerkt dezelfde gegevens en niet alle instructie-inhoud wordt centraal door TimeWise Solutions opgeslagen.
2. Welke onderdelen vallen hieronder?
Deze verklaring beschrijft de verwerking rond het App Instructor-platform en de modules Create, Studio, Present, Train en Verify, voor zover deze beschikbaar zijn, plus ondersteunende componenten zoals de App Instructor Recognition Connector (AIRC). Toekomstige lokale componenten, waaronder de App Instructor Capture Bridge (AICB), worden afzonderlijk beschreven zodra zij in gebruik worden genomen.
3. Account, authenticatie en organisatiebeheer
Voor beveiligde toegang kunnen wij het e-mailadres, technische authenticatie- en sessiegegevens, organisatielidmaatschap, rollen, rechten en noodzakelijke beveiligingsgegevens verwerken. Authenticatie en een deel van de backend worden verzorgd met Supabase. Wachtwoorden worden niet door App Instructor in leesbare vorm opgeslagen.
4. Wachtwoordherstel en accountbeveiliging
Een gebruiker kan een wachtwoordherstel aanvragen via het inlogscherm. Als het account bestaat, wordt een beveiligde herstelmail verzonden. Om accountenumeratie te voorkomen geeft App Instructor niet prijs of een ingevoerd e-mailadres als account bestaat. Bij aanmelding vanaf een niet-vertrouwd apparaat kan een eenmalige beveiligingscode per e-mail worden gevraagd. Een gebruiker kan ervoor kiezen een browserprofiel gedurende maximaal 30 dagen als vertrouwd apparaat te registreren. Hiervoor wordt lokaal een willekeurig apparaat-token opgeslagen; server-side wordt alleen een cryptografische hash daarvan bewaard. Na een wachtwoordwijziging moet het apparaat opnieuw worden geverifieerd.
5. Instructies en klantinhoud
App Instructor is ontworpen met gegevensminimalisatie en klantregie als uitgangspunt. Instructies en instructie-inhoud worden niet automatisch als centrale platforminhoud beschikbaar gemaakt aan TimeWise Solutions. Waar gegevens lokaal, door de klant of via een gekozen publicatie- of opslagroute worden bewaard, blijft de gekozen inrichting bepalend. Een organisatie kan voor de inhoud die zij met App Instructor verwerkt zelf verwerkingsverantwoordelijke zijn.
6. Create en Studio
Tijdens het opnemen en bewerken kunnen screenshots, handelingen, annotaties, toelichtingen en technische herkenningsmetadata worden verwerkt voor het maken van de instructie. Privacyfuncties zoals Blur, Pixelate en Redigeren helpen auteurs zichtbare gegevens vóór publicatie af te schermen. De auteur en diens organisatie blijven verantwoordelijk voor een passende omgang met persoonsgegevens en vertrouwelijke informatie.
7. App Instructor Recognition Connector (AIRC)
AIRC is een optionele browserextensie voor betere herkenning van onderdelen van webapplicaties tijdens een door de gebruiker gestarte opname. AIRC kan onder meer het type handeling, zichtbare of toegankelijke elementnaam, HTML-elementtype, rol, selector, paginatitel en een URL zonder queryparameters of fragmenten verwerken. AIRC is geen algemene browsertracker, is niet bedoeld om wachtwoorden of ingevoerde veldwaarden uit te lezen en registreert geen toetsaanslagen als keylogger. Recognitioninformatie wordt niet gebruikt voor advertenties, profilering of algemene analyse van surfgedrag.
8. Present, Train en Verify
Present verwerkt de gegevens die nodig zijn om een instructie weer te geven of te publiceren. Train en Verify kunnen, afhankelijk van de gebruikte functie, instructie-, interactie- of verificatiegegevens verwerken die nodig zijn voor training of functionele controle. Wanneer deze modules aanvullende centrale verwerking introduceren, wordt deze verklaring daarop bijgewerkt.
9. AI-functionaliteit
App Instructor kan functies bevatten die met kunstmatige intelligentie ondersteunen bij bijvoorbeeld herkenning, tekstvoorstellen of kwaliteitsverbetering. Gegevens worden alleen aan een externe AI-dienst aangeboden wanneer de betreffende functie dat daadwerkelijk vereist en overeenkomstig de daarvoor geldende inrichting en afspraken. App Instructor gebruikt klantgegevens niet zelfstandig voor advertentieprofielen. Materiële wijzigingen in AI-verwerking worden transparant in deze verklaring opgenomen.
10. Leveranciers en doorgifte
Voor noodzakelijke technische dienstverlening kan TimeWise Solutions gespecialiseerde leveranciers gebruiken, waaronder Supabase voor authenticatie/backendfuncties, Cloudflare voor hosting/distributie en een e-maildienst voor functionele en beveiligingsberichten. Wij verkopen persoonsgegevens niet en verstrekken gegevens niet aan derden voor hun eigen advertentie- of handelsdoeleinden. Leverancierscertificeringen zijn certificeringen van die leverancier en betekenen niet dat TimeWise Solutions zelf dezelfde certificering bezit.
11. Bewaartermijnen
Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk voor het doel waarvoor zij worden verwerkt, wettelijke verplichtingen en passende beveiliging. Beveiligingscodes zijn kort geldig; vertrouwde-apparaatregistraties zijn beperkt geldig en kunnen worden ingetrokken. Bewaartermijnen voor klantinstructies kunnen mede worden bepaald door de organisatie die de instructie beheert.
12. Beveiliging en privacy by design
App Instructor wordt ontwikkeld volgens principes van dataminimalisatie, least privilege, functiescheiding, gecontroleerde sessies, server-side secrets, Row Level Security waar van toepassing, logging/audit en privacy by design. TimeWise Solutions werkt aan een informatiebeveiligingsaanpak die is voorbereid op ISO/IEC 27001-principes. Dit is geen claim dat TimeWise Solutions of App Instructor ISO/IEC 27001-gecertificeerd is.
13. Rechten van betrokkenen
Afhankelijk van de verwerking en toepasselijke wetgeving kunnen betrokkenen rechten hebben op onder meer inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar. Bij gebruik van App Instructor binnen een organisatie kan die organisatie het eerste aanspreekpunt en de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de betreffende klantinhoud zijn.
14. Browserextensiebeleid
Voor AIRC wordt informatie die via browser-API's beschikbaar is uitsluitend gebruikt voor de beschreven App Instructor-functionaliteit. AIRC is ontworpen om te voldoen aan toepasselijke browserstore-eisen, waaronder beperkingen op gebruik van gebruikersgegevens.
15. Wijzigingen
Deze verklaring kan worden aangepast wanneer App Instructor, gebruikte leveranciers of toepasselijke regels wijzigen. De meest recente versie wordt op deze pagina gepubliceerd.

1. About this privacy statement
This privacy statement applies to the App Instructor Suite by TimeWise Solutions. The legally responsible business is TimeWise Consultancy, the Netherlands. App Instructor consists of several components. Not every component processes the same data, and instruction content is not automatically stored centrally by TimeWise Solutions.
2. Which components are covered?
This statement describes processing related to the App Instructor platform and the Create, Studio, Present, Train and Verify modules, where available, plus supporting components such as the App Instructor Recognition Connector (AIRC). Future local components, including the App Instructor Capture Bridge (AICB), will be described separately when they are put into use.
3. Account, authentication and organisation management
For secure access we may process the email address, technical authentication and session data, organisation membership, roles, permissions and necessary security data. Authentication and part of the backend are provided using Supabase. Passwords are not stored by App Instructor in readable form.
4. Password recovery and account security
A user can request password recovery from the sign-in screen. If the account exists, a secure recovery email is sent. To prevent account enumeration, App Instructor does not disclose whether an entered email address exists as an account. A one-time email security code may be required when signing in from an untrusted device. A user may choose to register a browser profile as trusted for up to 30 days. A random device token is stored locally for this purpose; only its cryptographic hash is stored server-side. After a password change, the device must be verified again.
5. Instructions and customer content
App Instructor is designed around data minimisation and customer control. Instructions and instruction content are not automatically made available to TimeWise Solutions as central platform content. Where data is stored locally, by the customer, or through a chosen publishing or storage route, that configuration remains decisive. An organisation may itself be the controller for content it processes with App Instructor.
6. Create and Studio
During recording and editing, screenshots, actions, annotations, explanations and technical recognition metadata may be processed to create an instruction. Privacy tools such as Blur, Pixelate and Redaction help authors conceal visible data before publication. The author and their organisation remain responsible for appropriate handling of personal and confidential information.
7. App Instructor Recognition Connector (AIRC)
AIRC is an optional browser extension that improves recognition of web application elements during a recording started by the user. AIRC may process the action type, visible or accessible element name, HTML element type, role, selector, page title and a URL without query parameters or fragments. AIRC is not a general browser tracker, is not designed to read passwords or entered field values, and does not record keystrokes as a keylogger. Recognition information is not used for advertising, profiling or general browsing analysis.
8. Present, Train and Verify
Present processes the data needed to display or publish an instruction. Depending on the function used, Train and Verify may process instruction, interaction or verification data required for training or functional verification. If these modules introduce additional central processing, this statement will be updated accordingly.
9. AI functionality
App Instructor may include artificial-intelligence functions that assist with recognition, text suggestions or quality improvement. Data is only provided to an external AI service when the relevant function actually requires it and in accordance with the applicable configuration and agreements. App Instructor does not independently use customer data for advertising profiles. Material changes to AI processing will be described transparently in this statement.
10. Suppliers and transfers
TimeWise Solutions may use specialist suppliers for necessary technical services, including Supabase for authentication/backend functions, Cloudflare for hosting/distribution and an email service for functional and security messages. We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own advertising or data-trading purposes. A supplier's certifications belong to that supplier and do not mean that TimeWise Solutions itself holds the same certification.
11. Retention
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for its purpose, legal obligations and appropriate security. Security codes are short-lived; trusted-device registrations have a limited lifetime and can be revoked. Retention of customer instructions may also be determined by the organisation managing the instruction.
12. Security and privacy by design
App Instructor is developed using principles including data minimisation, least privilege, separation of duties, controlled sessions, server-side secrets, Row Level Security where applicable, logging/audit and privacy by design. TimeWise Solutions is developing an information-security approach prepared around ISO/IEC 27001 principles. This is not a claim that TimeWise Solutions or App Instructor is ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
13. Data subject rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, data subjects may have rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. When App Instructor is used within an organisation, that organisation may be the first point of contact and controller for the relevant customer content.
14. Browser extension policy
For AIRC, information made available through browser APIs is used only for the described App Instructor functionality. AIRC is designed to comply with applicable browser-store requirements, including restrictions on the use of user data.
15. Changes
This statement may be updated when App Instructor, its suppliers or applicable rules change. The latest version is published on this page.
